Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you do not love your
purchase, all returns and exchanges must be requested within 30
receiving your items.
We accept returns and exchanges on merchandise in its original condition, UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED with tags attached. Jewelry will only be accepted for return or exchange if found defective.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange request if the items have any damages.
Shipping is not refunded unless you receive defective or incorrect items.
Please remember, you will be responsible for getting the item back to us. But any exchange items sent back to you will be sent for free. *If you were sent the wrong item, you will be credited back for the shipping used for the returning to us.
